Fit Jewess at Your Event

One-on-One Coaching

Exercising is more than just running on the treadmill and lifting weights. It should be an enjoyable experience that leads you to feeling stronger, fitter and more confident.

Work one-on-one with a coach to create a custom training plan that suits your goals and ensures that you are completing the movements safely and efficiently for maximum benefit.

Your fitness goals are unique to you and so your exercise program will be too.

With early morning, post carpool and late evening options, we’re here for you.

Our Pico-Robertson studio is fully equipped with everything you need for a maximum benefit workout.

Membership options range from $299-$649 (4 weeks). Call to discuss which plan is best for your goals.

Custom Online Coaching

If you sometimes get overwhelmed by everything that has to get done and feel like you’ll never make it out to the gym, then online coaching is the solution to your fitness needs.

You will still get the benefit of having a custom fitness program tailored to your goals and checking in with a coach, but you get to choose when and where you workout. It still requires a time commitment on your part, but it’s doable.

Your fitness goals are unique to you so your exercise program will be too.

You call the shots!
Workout at a time that is convenient for you.

Workouts will accomodate your equipment preference. Ask about a complimentary equipment package.

Membership options range from $199-$849 (4 weeks). Call to discuss which plan is best for your goals.

Twelve Weeks Stronger

This is a twelve week (duh!) fitness program that provides
you with physical movement programming and nutrition guidelines so that you can really take your health and
fitness to the next level!

This program is designed as at home workouts, scheduled three times a week and all exercises are bodyweight movements, so no equipment is necessary.

What They’re Saying

Don’t take our word for it – here’s what Fit Jewess clients say:

I am honestly shocked by what my body is capable of doing. I’m 39 years old. I’ve given birth five times, thank G-d, and am probably fitter now than I was in my early 20s.

This is my first pregnancy that I can recall – with baby number eight, bli ayin hara – that I did not need to use a belly band for support towards the end of term and I credit that in large part to the exercises we did during preganncy.

I love that Sara uses a methodical and organized approach to her exercise coaching so that I know I’m consistently getting stronger each week. Plus, I love that I can actually see my progress by keeping track of every workout in my training notebook.
