Twelve Weeks Stronger
This is a twelve week (duh!) fitness program that provides
you with physical movement programming and nutrition guidelines so that you can really take your health and
fitness to the next level!
This program is designed as at home workouts, scheduled three times a week and all exercises are bodyweight movements, so no equipment is necessary.
