And by that, I don’t mean someone with a six pack or someone who measures every morsel of food on a scale. Because I don’t believe that to be a healthy goal.
What I do mean, is that you increase your strength so that you can carry your grocery bags around without hurting yourself, or the baby carrier, or that heavy box UPS just unloaded at the bottom of the stairs. I mean that you build up your stamina so that you have enough energy to play a full game of tag with your kids and not have call TO just a few minutes in. I mean that you feel so confident in your physical abilities that it shows in your everyday expression.
