The really cool thing about this system is that you can choose when and where you want to workout without the hassle of scheduling a time that works for both you and your trainer, while still getting a customized workout program that’ll help you achieve your specific goals and the accountability from a coach.
Many of the frum women I work with say that they just want to feel better within their own bodies and have enough energy to keep up with the demands of their busy lives. Simple things like walking up the stairs with grocery bags without getting out of breath and being able to play tag with the kids can make a huge difference on a day-to-day basis.

Basically, you’ll fill out the following application form that’ll give me all the specifics I need to develop a customized program for you. Once the application is submitted, I will be in touch with you to discuss the best program option for you (program length and level of accountability), at which point payment will be processed and you can then expect to receive your program within 3-5 business days.
